The introduction of the checklists for CLA escape cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>adds clarity to the process<\/li>\n<li>standardises the format and approach for all controlled work escape case claims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"how-to-use-checklists\">How to use checklists<\/h3>\n<p>We recommend that the checklists are used as a pre-submission check.
