areas in the week beginning 30 October 2017:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>selection questionnaire<\/li>\n<li>face to face 2018 contracts<\/li>\n<li>2018 Civil Legal Advice (CLA) specialist telephone advice contracts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These are available on GOV.UK on our tender page in the form of \u2018frequently asked questions\u2019 (FAQ) documents.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submitting questions about these parts of the tender process was 19 October.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for questions about the 2018 Housing Possession and Court Duty Scheme (HPCDS) contracts is 23:59 on 7 November.<\/p>\n<p>The FAQ for HPCDS work will be available in the week beginning 20 November.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"tender-deadline-reminder\">Tender deadline reminder<\/h3>\n<p>Deadlines for submitting tenders for civil 2018 contracts are now approaching.<\/p>\n<p>Organisations wishing to deliver civil legal aid services under these new contracts must submit a tender by the relevant deadline.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for responses is 5pm on Friday 10 November for the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>selection questionnaire<\/li>\n<li>face to face contract invitation to tender (ITT)<\/li>\n<li>CLA specialist telephone advice contract ITTs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline for responses to HPCDS ITTs is 5pm on Monday 4 December.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"importance-of-selection-questionnaire\">Importance of selection questionnaire<\/h3>\n<p>All applicants for any 2018 contract must complete a response to the selection questionnaire by 5pm on 10 November.<\/p>\n<p>This is in addition to the response to the ITT(s) for the 2018 civil contract work you wish to deliver.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"hpcds-responses\">HPCDS responses<\/h3>\n<p>Organisations tendering for HPCDS contracts are reminded that they must submit a response to the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>selection questionnaire by 5pm on 10 November<\/li>\n<li>ITT for face to face housing and debt contract work by 5pm on 10 November<\/li>\n<li>relevant HPCDS ITTs by 5pm on 4 December<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The deadline for the selection questionnaire and face to face housing and debt ITT is earlier than the HPCDS tender deadline.<\/p>\n<h3
