{"id":86492,"date":"2017-11-20T09:30:22","date_gmt":"2017-11-20T09:30:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=c33460a9cfad18c7e833eac5b473e49d"},"modified":"2017-11-20T09:30:22","modified_gmt":"2017-11-20T09:30:22","slug":"news-story-changes-to-patents-fees-come-into-force-on-6-april-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=86492","title":{"rendered":"News story: Changes to patents fees come into force on 6 April 2018."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The <a rel=\"external\" href=\"http:\/\/www.legislation.gov.uk\/uksi\/2017\/1100\/contents\/made\">legislation<\/a> making these changes was laid in Parliament on 16 November 2017.<\/p>\n<p>These changes follow on from our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/consultations\/proposed-changes-to-statutory-patents-fees\">consultation<\/a>, which received comments from 23 respondents.<\/p>\n<p>As explained in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/uploads\/system\/uploads\/attachment_data\/file\/639743\/DPS-006363_Publication_Proposed_changes_to_statutory_patents_fees_-_Gove....pdf\">government\u2019s response document<\/a>, we have adjusted the proposals in light of the comments we received.
