{"id":86671,"date":"2017-11-27T11:12:47","date_gmt":"2017-11-27T11:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=4b6c19ec7ea365d00a291ff81b45d4fc"},"modified":"2017-11-27T11:12:47","modified_gmt":"2017-11-27T11:12:47","slug":"news-story-civil-news-simpler-merits-amendments-for-online-case-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=86671","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: simpler merits amendments for online case management"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Improvements to the screens you use to submit merits amendments when working on live cases in CCMS are being introduced from 27 November 2017.<\/p>\n<p>The idea is to make the screens more user-friendly and give them the same look and feel as when you make your initial application in CCMS.<\/p>\n<p>The merits amendment screens can still be accessed through the same link.<\/p>\n<p>You will notice 3 main changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>navigation bar at the side of the page to make it simpler to switch between screens<\/li>\n<li>date picker on relevant sections to make entering dates easier<\/li>\n<li>multiple questions on one screen, reducing the overall number of screens needed to submit a merits amendment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We have updated our training materials to reflect these changes.
