{"id":87683,"date":"2018-01-02T09:30:28","date_gmt":"2018-01-02T09:30:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=be70add2113e2028e96a80da3e2110b9"},"modified":"2018-01-02T09:30:28","modified_gmt":"2018-01-02T09:30:28","slug":"news-story-mdp-officer-awarded-mbe-in-new-year-honours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=87683","title":{"rendered":"News story: MDP Officer awarded MBE in New Year Honours"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Claire has been appointed awarded her MBE for services to defence and policing and in recognition of her work as the Defence Police Federation Welfare Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Claire has been with our organisation since 1992 and in 2009 became a member of the Defence Police Federation, acting as the Welfare Officer.<\/p>\n<p>Her contribution to the <abbr title=\"Ministry of Defence Police\">MDP<\/abbr> through her role as a Constable and her engagement as a Welfare Officer has been of valuable assistance to the Force, as well as supporting colleagues at times of need following organisational change, bereavement or ill-health. She has thrown herself whole-heartedly into this work, forging a role which is now recognised as a valuable element of the <abbr title=\"Ministry of Defence Police\">MDP<\/abbr> structure.
