{"id":88583,"date":"2018-02-01T13:35:18","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T13:35:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=1e4fec9a58c4f68b1da025489f043b44"},"modified":"2018-02-01T13:35:18","modified_gmt":"2018-02-01T13:35:18","slug":"news-story-voa-accounts-payable-moves-to-hmrc-financial-shared-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=88583","title":{"rendered":"News story: VOA Accounts Payable moves to HMRC Financial Shared Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>From 1 March 2018 the VOA Accounts Payable function will transfer to HMRC Financial Shared Services.<\/p>\n<p>What this means for you:<\/p>\n<p>From 1 March 2018, all payments and related documents from the VOA will be issued by HMRC, and HMRC will be your first point of contact for any payment queries.<\/p>\n<p>The Accounts Payable email addresses will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>For sending normal invoices: <a href=\"mailto:voainvoices.ap@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk\">voainvoices.ap@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>For sending batch invoices: <a href=\"mailto:accountspayable.voabatch@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk\">accountspayable.voabatch@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>For sending POLAR invoices: <a href=\"mailto:polarinvoices.ap@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk\">polarinvoices.ap@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>For queries on all invoices (except relating to administration of POLAR): <a href=\"mailto:accountspayable.voaqueries@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk\">accountspayable.voaqueries@hmrc.gsi.gov.uk<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>For queries on administration of POLAR (email address unchanged): <a href=\"mailto:polar@voa.gsi.gov.uk\">polar@voa.gsi.gov.uk<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our bank account or other details will not change.<\/p>\n<p>Also from 1 March 2018, we will correspond with you electronically instead of by post.
