{"id":89094,"date":"2018-02-16T13:43:57","date_gmt":"2018-02-16T13:43:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=88014c9ebd564403494c4b3139dbd2b9"},"modified":"2018-02-16T13:43:57","modified_gmt":"2018-02-16T13:43:57","slug":"news-story-sellafield-incident-report-powder-spillage-15-january-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=89094","title":{"rendered":"News story: Sellafield incident report &#8211; powder spillage (15 January 2018)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Sellafield incident report \u2013 bottle spillage<\/p>\n<p>During routine sampling work in a Sellafield drum filling area, a bottle containing uranium trioxide powder accidentally fell to the floor causing approximately 100-150g to spill out.<\/p>\n<p>The operator handling the samples was wearing the correct personal protective equipment and the correct safety procedures were followed.<\/p>\n<p>There was no personal contamination or ingestion by the operator and the contamination was contained in the immediate work area.
