Now that the companies have provided the information necessary to start an investigation, the <abbr title=\"Competition and Markets Authority\">CMA<\/abbr> has launched its review.<\/p>\n<p>The <abbr title=\"Competition and Markets Authority\">CMA<\/abbr> will investigate the merger on competition grounds, in line with its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/mergers-guidance-on-the-cmas-jurisdiction-and-procedure\">merger guidance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for the initial decision is 26 April 2018.
