This includes holiday pay, salary, wages, or overtime you\u2019re owed.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"who-is-eligible\">Who is eligible<\/h4>\n<p>You can to apply to the Insolvency Service for redundancy pay and statutory notice pay if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>you worked for Toys \u201cR\u201d Us under an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/employment-status\/employee\">employment contract<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>you live in England, Scotland or Wales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/employment-status\/employee\">Workers<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/employment-status\/selfemployed-contractor\">self-employed contractors<\/a> who provided services to the company are not eligible to apply. Instead, these individuals should <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/help.toysrus.co.uk\/support\/solutions\/23000019485\">contact the administrator to register as creditors<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"how-to-apply\">How to apply<\/h4>\n<p>The administrator will give details about how to apply and will also give you a case reference number (eg CN12345678).<\/p>\n<p>Once you have this information you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/claim-redundancy\">apply online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h4 id=\"paying-your-claim\">Paying your claim<\/h4>\n<p>Once you submit your online application, it takes us an average of 14 days to process your application and pay claims.<\/p>\n<p>However, sometimes we need to get additional information from you or from the administrator. This can take a bit of time.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll contact you directly if we need anything from you.<\/p>\n<p>We always try to pay eligible claims within 6 weeks of receiving the application.<\/p>\n<div class=\"call-to-action\">\n<p>Please don\u2019t contact us to check the status of your application until after the six weeks have passed.
