The job requires excellent legal judgement, the ability to lead a large organisation and the capacity to work with others in improving the criminal justice system as a whole.<\/p>\n<p class=\"last-child\">This is an exciting time to be joining the <abbr title=\"Crown Prosecution Service\">CPS<\/abbr> and to be able to play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation and its future.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Crown Prosecution Service (<abbr title=\"Crown Prosecution Service\">CPS<\/abbr>) employs around 6,000 people.
