{"id":91202,"date":"2018-04-19T11:11:11","date_gmt":"2018-04-19T11:11:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=c95762408ff8b623b0518b93d20f9275"},"modified":"2018-04-19T11:11:11","modified_gmt":"2018-04-19T11:11:11","slug":"news-story-civil-news-third-party-financial-support-for-cw1-and-cw2-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=91202","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: third party financial support for CW1 and CW2 work"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>A new form has been made available for clients to provide evidence of any third party financial support they receive when applying for legal help.<\/p>\n<p>We recommend using the \u2018third party financial support evidence pro-forma\u2019 when completing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>CW1: legal help, help at court and family help (lower)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>CW2 IMM: controlled legal representation (Immigration)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This should simplify applications for clients because they will no longer need to obtain letters from the supporting party.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"why-are-we-doing-this\">Why are we doing this?<\/h3>\n<p>Letters provided by third parties do not always contain the information we need to confirm eligibility for funding.<\/p>\n<p>This will help to ensure consistency in the information we receive and speed up the application process.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"how-does-the-form-work\">How does the form work?<\/h3>\n<p>Information still needs to be provided by a third party. But the form will help the person filling it in to see quickly what is needed.
