{"id":91692,"date":"2018-05-08T16:19:19","date_gmt":"2018-05-08T16:19:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=9be3914cd14f1e4f5be666cd02532a25"},"modified":"2018-05-08T16:19:19","modified_gmt":"2018-05-08T16:19:19","slug":"news-story-jeremy-hunt-orders-urgent-action-on-patient-safety-at-independent-hospitals","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=91692","title":{"rendered":"News story: Jeremy Hunt orders urgent action on patient safety at independent hospitals"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>Independent hospitals must \u2018get their house in order and improve safety\u2019, the Health and Social Care Secretary Jeremy Hunt has said.<\/p>\n<p>In a letter to the chief executives of independent healthcare providers, Jeremy Hunt ordered urgent action to be taken to improve patient safety.<\/p>\n<p>As part of its recent report on the sector, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) \u2013 the safety regulator \u2013 raised patient safety as its biggest concern.
