{"id":92796,"date":"2018-06-13T15:53:00","date_gmt":"2018-06-13T15:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=7e6dc4b95f70d5d1b1b4e231fab5d9b5"},"modified":"2018-06-13T15:53:00","modified_gmt":"2018-06-13T15:53:00","slug":"news-story-hm-land-registry-to-launch-new-local-land-charges-service","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=92796","title":{"rendered":"News story: HM Land Registry to launch new Local Land Charges service"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The first local authority\u2019s local land charges (<abbr title=\"Local Land Charges\">LLC<\/abbr>) data to be available will be Warwick District Council\u2019s.<\/p>\n<p>After this date, anyone requiring <abbr title=\"Local Land Charges\">LLC<\/abbr> searches for property or land in the local authority area of Warwick District Council will be able to get them directly from HM Land Registry.<\/p>\n<p>HM Land Registry is working in partnership with up to 26 local authorities in England over 2018 and 2019 to migrate their <abbr title=\"Local Land Charges\">LLC<\/abbr> data to a central, digital register as part of a phased migration approach.
