There were no injuries but minor damage to the locomotive and infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p>We have undertaken a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/raibs-response-to-accident-and-incident-notification#preliminary-examination\">preliminary examination<\/a> into the circumstances surrounding this incident.
