When this happens:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>your payment will be delayed<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>we have to rework the claim<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 id=\"why-are-telling-us-this-now\">Why are telling us this now?<\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019ve been reviewing our approach to \u2018rejects\u2019 and \u2018document requests\u2019 in the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS) since it was updated in April 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The changes are helping us to be more accurate and pay you faster. But we can also see that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>27% of civil bill rejects through CCMS have been for disbursement vouchers missing or being incomplete<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>7% have been for notifications not being responded to<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It is also important to respond to notifications as soon as possible to prevent  unnecessary delays.<\/p>\n<p>We are currently treating missing disbursement vouchers and \u2018notifications not responded to\u2019 as priority returns.
