{"id":93343,"date":"2018-06-28T09:14:46","date_gmt":"2018-06-28T09:14:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=eb27f9b5376fcd457bdeed7e6952ae2c"},"modified":"2018-06-28T09:14:46","modified_gmt":"2018-06-28T09:14:46","slug":"news-story-civil-news-tender-update-on-new-2018-contract-opportunities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=93343","title":{"rendered":"News story: Civil news: tender update on new 2018 contract opportunities"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>A new opportunity is now open to tender for 2018 civil face to face contract work.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"who-can-tender\">Who can tender?<\/h3>\n<p>The tender process is open to both existing contract holders and new entrants.<\/p>\n<p>This includes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>organisations that have already tendered for a 2018 Standard Civil contract and wish to deliver additional services to those already notified<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>organisations which have not previously tendered<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"how-will-the-tender-work\">How will the tender work?<\/h3>\n<p>It is a single-stage process that will assess an organisation\u2019s:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>suitability to contract with us<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>ability to meet our service requirements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contracts will be procured using a non-competitive process. Any organisation assessed as being suitable and meeting the minimum service requirements will be awarded a contract.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"which-categories-of-law-are-open-to-bids\">Which categories of law are open to bids?<\/h3>\n<p>Tenders are invited in the following categories of law:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>family, including private law family and public law child care work<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>housing, debt and welfare benefits<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>immigration and asylum<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>mental health<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>community care<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>claims against public authorities, formerly known as \u2018actions against the police etc\u2019<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>clinical negligence<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>public law<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>family mediation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 id=\"how-can-i-tender\">How can I tender?<\/h3>\n<p>Tenders must be submitted using the LAA\u2019s e-Tendering system \u2013 see below.
