{"id":94731,"date":"2018-08-13T15:12:53","date_gmt":"2018-08-13T15:12:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?guid=1fa8efae3f664af1f22a68334c186897"},"modified":"2018-08-13T15:12:53","modified_gmt":"2018-08-13T15:12:53","slug":"news-story-exclusive-schedule-tender-for-housing-possession-court-duty-scheme-hpcds","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mostafa.openonline.co.uk\/?p=94731","title":{"rendered":"News story: Exclusive schedule tender for Housing Possession Court Duty Scheme (HPCDS)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"govspeak\">\n<p>The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting organisations to submit a tender for an exclusive schedule under the 2013 Standard Civil Contract (as amended) for a contingency period in specific courts from 1 October 2018.<\/p>\n<p>This is following some organisations not accepting the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/publications\/civil-2018-contracts-tender\">previous offer<\/a> to deliver HPCDS services beyond 30 September 2018.<\/p>\n<p>The tender is open to any organisation that has successfully verified its tender for a contract in the Housing and Debt categories through the main, supplemental or further face to face procurement processes.<\/p>\n<p>Contracts will be offered for an initial period of 12 months subject to the LAA\u2019s rights of early termination and the right to extend the contract up to a further 1 year.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"schemes-available-through-this-tender\">Schemes available through this tender<\/h2>\n<p>The LAA is offering up to four contracts in each of the following schemes through this procurement process:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bodmin and Truro<\/li>\n<li>Chichester, Horsham and Worthing<\/li>\n<li>Colchester<\/li>\n<li>Winchester<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These schemes will be scheduled through rotas. Successful organisations will be required to attend and deliver HPCDS services where requested by clients at all housing possession listings included in the relevant scheme during their allocated rota weeks.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-contract-work-will-be-allocated\">How contract work will be allocated<\/h2>\n<p>The allocation of contract work to an organisation will depend upon the number of contracts awarded in a scheme.
