The <a rel=\"external\" href=\"https:\/\/www.workingfamilies.org.uk\/news\/the-uks-most-family-friendly-workplaces-unveiled\/\">Top Employers for Working Families 2018<\/a> award recognises organisations that lead the way in creating flexible, family friendly workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>We understand flexible working schemes bring benefits to our people and the business. Home working, flexible hours and shared parental leave are all available at the <abbr title=\"Intellectual Property Office\">IPO<\/abbr>. Support networks and staff counsellors are also on hand to provide support.<\/p>\n<p>Dominic Houlihan, Director of People, Places and Services, <abbr title=\"Intellectual Property Office\">IPO<\/abbr> said:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"last-child\">The <abbr title=\"Intellectual Property Office\">IPO<\/abbr> is a great place to work.
