The rate, an average of the European Central Bank exchange rates set in September, will be \u20ac1 = \u00a30.89281.<\/p>\n<p><abbr title=\"Basic Payment Scheme\">BPS<\/abbr> payments for England are set in euros and then converted into sterling.
