A new comprehensive Double Taxation Agreement between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Zambia was signed in Lusaka on 4 February 2014 by James Thornton, British High Commissioner to Zambia, and Alexander Bwalya Chikwanda, Zambian Finance Minister.
