In the last few days we’ve not received our normal level of service from Royal Mail, this has meant that there’s been a delay in receiving some paper application forms recently posted to us.

We’ve raised this with Royal Mail and they have assured us that usual service has now resumed.

Some of you may not have been able to track your application online due to this delay – please bear with us. Your forms have now been received and we’ve more people working to clear the backlog as quickly as we can.
