A one hour webchat on the duty provider tender process will take place at 2pm on Tuesday 23 September 2014.

Experts on the tender process for 2015 duty provider crime contracts will be on hand to answer your questions.

The scope of the web chat is limited to questions directly related to the tender process.

You can start submitting questions in advance from 10am Monday 22 September 2014 by visiting the webchat page – see link below.

How to join the webchat

Visit the webchat page from 10am on Monday 22 September 2014 to submit your questions. The opportunity to ask questions will close at 3pm on 23 September.

We’ll start posting answers in the live chat at 2pm on Tuesday 23 September.

You can ask questions of your own or simply follow the event.

After the webchat

We may not be able to answer all questions during the live webchat and some questions may require a more detailed response. Any questions we have been unable to answer or which need a more detailed response will be looked at after the event and our responses added to the transcript.
