New schedules are being uploaded to support the extension of the 2010 standard crime contract until 30 June 2015.

We made this extension in May 2014 and the schedules will be uploaded into providers’ Contracted Work and Administration (CWA) accounts between Tuesday 21 October and Thursday 23 October 2014.

The new schedules cover the period 1 October 2014 to 30 June 2015.

Please note providers will not be able to immediately view their October schedule after submitting their September claims.

Providers will receive an automated email from CWA confirming when their new schedule has been uploaded. They will then be able to submit their October claims in CWA up until 20 November 2014.

There will be further communications to support this in coming weeks.
