The status enquiry form OSS3 asking providers for details of their non-admitted staff is no longer being sent out.

We have sent out requests for a number of years asking providers to complete and return the OSS3 form.

But after reviewing our processes it has been decided this is no longer necessary. This reduces the number of forms a provider needs to submit.

We still require providers to send in the status enquiry form SRA1 for admitted staff. This is used to record the roll number of solicitors on our systems.
