Discussions at the events were across a range of issues, including:

• civil and crime case management
• moving work online
• changes to crime legal aid processing
• criminal justice system efficiency programme
• updates on call handling, bill processing and applications, and reducing errors

The summary document contains Legal Aid Agency responses to a number of issues and questions raised by providers.

More than 550 providers booked on to one of the 11 PRG events, which were held in cities across England and Wales.
