A short film about Whaler’s Bay, Deception Island has been produced by the UK Antarctic Heritage Trust. The film was co-funded by the UK and Norway and will serve as an informative guide to passengers on cruise ships who are travelling to Antarctica this season. The film uses rare footage to explore the rich history of Deception Island and combined with modern images serves to provide a colourful and informative picture of the region.
