The update service is now working.

If you haven’t been able to join the update service or renew your subscription because the service was temporarily unavailable, you will now be able to login now.

If you are a new subscriber and would like to join with your certificate, we have temporarily extended the time you have to do this.

If you would like to renew your subscription and your renewal date is between the 12 and 16 November, an extension has been given for you to do so until midnight on Wednesday 19 November 2014.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the temporary unavailability of the update service.
