Buying or selling a vehicle

We would like to speak with customers who are about to buy or sell a vehicle privately (not involving a motor trader) to be able to get a better understanding of their experience. We would also like customers to tell us what they would want from an online service to inform DVLA when selling or buying a vehicle.
