Customers will be able to transact with us online throughout the Christmas period, alternatively the opening times for our contact centre can be found below:

Date Opening times
Wednesday 24 December 8am to midday (drivers premium line will be open midday to 3pm)
Thursday 25 December Closed
Friday 26 December Closed
Saturday 27 December Closed (drivers premium line will be open 9am to 2pm)
Monday 29 December Open 8am to 6pm
Tuesday 30 December Open 8am to 6pm
Wednesday 31 December Open 8am to 6pm
Thursday 1 January Closed
Friday 2 January Business as usual from 8am
