CSPL looked at these issues in its report Ethical Standards for Providers of Public Services published in June. It is clear that the public want all providers of public services – from whatever sector – to adhere to the Nolan principles.

We look forward to working with Cabinet Office to ensure that strong ethical standards are built in to the way government commissions, procures and monitors contracts for the delivery of public services”
