News story: DVSA email advice
DVSA is working to fix the problem as quickly as possible, and is sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The agency is now getting all emails and expects the system to be working fully by the end of the day (Friday 12 December 2014).
Driving test confirmation emails
The driving test booking service isn’t affected – driving test bookings have been made as usual.
However, some candidates might not have had an email confirmation. These are now being sent out.
You should get your confirmation by the end of today (Friday 12 December 2014).
This also applies if you’ve changed or cancelled your driving test.

Resend emails if you haven’t had a reply
You should resend your email to DVSA if you sent it between Tuesday 9 December and Friday 12 December 2014 and haven’t had a reply.
