This item was filled under Housing

Remember to use our online training package to help you understand the changes which have been made to the basis of the bundle bolt-on fee in civil legal aid cases.

The change was implemented on 31 July 2014 and the training was made available in advance to help you prepare.

The online training package remains in place to help you understand the way bundle bolt-on fees work in civil legal aid cases.

Payments now based on ‘advocates’ bundle

The changes mean that payments are now based on the ‘advocates’ bundle rather than the court bundle.

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) continues to be responsible for determining the correct bundle bolt-on fee.

Advocates attendance form

The payment we make is determined by reference to the advocates attendance form and this is available for download – see below.
