Press release: Foreign Office Minister on identification of MH370 debris

Foreign Office Minister Hugo Swire said:

Reports that the debris found on Reunion Island is likely to have come from MH370 are obviously an important step in the continuing search for the plane. My thoughts remain with the families of all those affected at this difficult time.

As throughout this incident, the UK Air Accident Investigation Branch and the UK Hydrographic Office stand ready to support the search for the plane, as required.
