Navigating a graduate level selection process can be challenging for any candidate. At the skills sessions you’ll find out how to maximise your performance and get advice on the best way to approach the Fast Stream assessment process. The sessions include how to:
- identify and promote your strengths
- understand what employer’s are looking for during the selection process
- develop self-confidence and composure
- get the best results from the different assessment exercises
- practice exercises and review your performance
- create a personal success plan
