News story: Civil news: improvements to Client and Cost Management System

A number of improvements have been introduced to the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS).

These were put in place over the August 2015 bank holiday weekend and build on enhancements already made during the summer.

Amendments

You can now make the following amendments while another amendment is in progress:

  • amend provider details
  • amend the case correspondence address
  • allocate and assign costs to an advocate
