An updated version of Crown Court fee guidance is now available. This covers guidance for claiming for payments under the:

• Litigators’ Graduated Fee Scheme (LGFS)
• Advocates’ Graduated Fee Scheme (AGFS)

The main changes concern:

1. new regulations for trial advocates
2. clarification on armed robbery claims
3. addition of existing guidance on claiming electronic evidence as Pages of Prosecution Evidence (PPE) – previously published as stand alone guidance
4. LGFS interim payments guidance – previously published as stand-alone guidance
