Following the announcement on 13 October 2015 by Secretary for State, Jeremy Hunt, on the clampdown on NHS staffing agency costs, we would like to confirm that we are working with Monitor and feeding into their consultation regarding the implementation of agency fee caps and controls.

The consultation period will end on 13 November 2015. We will be able to provide further guidance to customers and suppliers on the impact the controls will have once the consultation has concluded.
