News story: Metrology seminar 2016

This seminar has established itself as an important vehicle for the Continuous Personal and Professional Development (CPPD) of local authority staff, which includes 3.5 CPPD hours for successful completion of the seminar.
The seminar provides a unique training/networking opportunity for metrology specialists throughout the UK, including important updates from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI), National Measurement and Regulation Office (NMRO) and the Local Government Metrology Expert Panel, along with opportunities for plenty of lively discussion.

Businesses and trade associations involved in legal metrology activity are also welcome to attend this Seminar, although these bookings will be subject to NMRO approval.
The theme for this year’s seminar is: ‘Confidence in measurement accuracy is imperative for a successful thriving economy’.
