A number of other chemicals have now been added to Annex I of Regulation 649/2012, which are subject to export notification procedure. These are:

  • lead compounds
  • dibutyltin compounds
  • trichlorobenzene
  • pentachloroethane
  • 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane
  • 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane
  • 1,1,2-trichloroethane
  • 1,1-dichloroethene

In addition, endosulfan has been added to Annex V of Regulation 649/2012 as a POP to be consistent with the listing of this class of chemicals under the Stockholm Convention.
