News story: Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) Adjudication

The ASA has upheld that the advertisements breached the Code (Edition 12) rule 2.1 (Recognition of marketing communications).

We urge anyone who receives similar types of misleading mail in relation to your patent or trade mark to report it to Action Fraud, separately, using this online reporting tool.

If you receive a misleading invoice, we would like to hear about it and see a copy.
