Government response: Charity Commission responds to concerns about Age UK

The Charity Commission has contacted Age UK regarding the charity’s partnership activities with E.ON. The commission is responsible for the regulation of charities and ensuring trustees uphold their duties and responsibilities. The commission will take action where necessary. We are also liaising closely with Ofgem and their enquiries into E.ON.
