Reporting to Matthew Coats as head of Operations Group, Shaun will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Agency.

This follows the recent expansion of Matthew Coats’ role as Chief Operating Officer at the Ministry of Justice (MOJ). He is now responsible for both transforming MOJ’s corporate services, and delivering fundamental changes to make MOJ’s headquarters smaller and smarter. As detailed in last autumn’s Spending Review, this is a key part of MOJ’s efficiency savings.

Shaun McNally is currently Director of Casework for the LAA, and has a wealth of experience both in Legal Aid and the wider Justice system.

His priority will be to make sure the Agency continues to provide the public and providers with an excellent level of service whilst making sure public money is spent efficiently.
