The Intellectual Property Office in partnership with the Alliance for IP, offers bespoke intellectual property (IP) enforcement training to Trading Standards (TS) officers and industry delegates.

Intellectual Property in Practice – IP Enforcement ‘MasterClass’ covers copyright, trade marks and designs. Delivered by experts in the field of IP and enforcement, the course aims to support TS officers dealing with complaints and investigating allegations of criminal offences.

The course will take a practical approach to IP enforcement and the initial sessions are intended to remind officers of the key aspects of IP legislation.
