News story: Problems with OPG’s case management systems fixed

Updated: Update to an announcement about a technical issue affecting OPG customers.

The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) had a technical problem on 11 April where we were unable to access certain case files or take payments.

These problems have now been resolved. We apologise for any inconvenience.

The OPG contact centre is now able to deal with your query normally. You can get in touch with the contact centre by:

Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except Wednesday 10am to 5pm.
