News story: Safety Recommendation documents updated for G-VROM and G-FRAK

The Safety Recommendation documents related to the serious incident to Boeing 747-443,
G-VROM, near London Gatwick Airport on 29 December 2014 and the accident to Dassault Falcon 20D, G-FRAK, English Channel, approx 20 nm south of Portland Bill on 25 April 2015 have both been updated.
