The Safety Recommendation documents related to the accident to Alpi (Cavaciuti) Pioneer 400, G-CGVO, approaching Popham Airfield, Hampshire, 3 January 2015 and the accident to Gulfstream III (G-1159A), N103CD, Biggin Hill Airport, Kent on 24 November 2014 have both been updated.
