This item was filled under Housing

The Ministry of Justice intends to carry out a policy consultation exercise to help inform pay arrangements for committal applications stemming from civil contempt cases.

A survey is now available as part of the pre-consultation engagement MoJ has put in place with the profession.

MoJ is keen to hear from solicitors and barristers who work in civil and/or criminal law about their experiences and concerns when acting for clients at such proceedings.
