The report into MAIB’s investigation of the fatal man overboard from the stern trawler Enterprise (PD147) while north of Dogger Bank, North Sea on 9 July 2015 is now published.

The report contains details of what happened and the subsequent actions taken, read more.

A safety flyer for the fishing industry has also been produced summarising the accident and detailing the safety lessons learned.
