For the meeting of the European Commission’s Accounting Regulatory Committee (ARC) on 27 June 2016, the Commission services prepared two non-papers that address the meaning of the European public good criterion and its relevance to the endorsement process the meaning of the true and fair view criterion and its relevance to the endorsement
process.
