Customers can continue to complete the forms online using our digital tool or download the forms on GOV.UK.

If you have a safeguarding concern and believe a vulnerable adult is in immediate danger please contact the police. If the query is not urgent, please contact us on Monday.

We expect normal services will resume on Monday 17 October.
